There are reports that Jodie Meeks could be out for 4 to 6 weeks. It depends on which report you believe. Meeks is out with a stress fracture to his groin. That cannot be pleasant. This is not good news for Kentucky; they will need their best player to rebound after the horrible loss to Gardner-Webb.
If he is out 6 weeks, he might miss the following games:
Date | Opponent | Time (ET)
Wednesday, Nov 21 | Liberty | 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, Nov 24 | Texas Southern | TBA
Tuesday, Nov 27 | Stony Brook | 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, Dec 1 | North Carolina | 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, Dec 8 | @Indiana | 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, Dec 15 | UAB | 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec 18 | @Houston | 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, Dec 22 | Tennessee Tech | 1:00 p.m.
Saturday, Dec 29 | San Diego | 2:00 p.m.
Monday, Dec 31 | Florida International | 12:00 p.m. |
Most of the schedule looks manageable, but after the last game, I don't know what to think. Speedy Recovery (also directed towards Derrick Jasper)!
